Recruiting

OK, ALL: DO we want to incorpriate a process for recruiting new people? Do w want to bring in only people that we befriend and then make them members of the team? Or do we want to create a process, by which anyone, who says to one of our members and then contacts a captain or higher, that they are truly interested in being a member, that we put them through, before they can become a member?

i think that having just any swinging dick that comes in and says, "sign me up, i'm really good", and we put him through the recruitment process, but his atttiude is poor, then no. i believe that people's personalities come out in this game and it shows when they play. now, i'm not that good but i've seen some people that are down right horrible and i've seen people whom are excellent. i thik that if we befriend and person, play with them, and see how their personality is, then we put them through a recruitment process, of which we can determine later.

btw guys, i might not be on much anymore, i got a job where ill be working friday throught tuesday, from about 11:00 a.m. til 9:00 p.m.

OK then i think that we need to come up with a process to nomoinate people and canidates for the Clan. Does anyone else have a susgestion? Does anyone read these.....
